Dr. Marc Cheng, MD

I had my appointment at Dr. Cheng's office yesterday. I've been seeing him and his staff for many years now, and I am always more than satisfied with my care and any procedures that he has performed. The office staff and Nurse Practitioners are always Grade A and function as a well oiled machine. That is always of utmost importance to me, personally. Yesterday I was seen by their new N.P. Doug S. Talk about thorough, professional and attentive. Wow. I felt heard, seen, cared for, and recognized. I was very impressed at our first meeting and appointment. He was aware of personal things about me that touched me, as well as my medical conditions. He obviously had read my thick chart before my appointment. He is more than an amazing addition to their team at Elite Pain Management. I have much praise and gratitude for the previous Nurse Practitioner Elizabeth Branson. She was my N.P. for several years. She is another amazing N.P. and I was very sorry to have seen her leave.Thank you!

Abraham Chiasheng Fu Rich Dr Cheng is the worst Dr I even seen, I am a cancer patient and have lots of pain and needs to increas the dose for my pain medicine, I left several messages in two days and asked him to call me back to let me know the better dosage, but he just wanted me to wait until next appointment more than a week later and never called me back. I was in so much pain, how can I wait another week to see him? He is really terrible, did not care his patient is suffering so much. I will not see him again and want to let everyone know and to avoid this kind of dr.

Dr Cheng cares about his patients! I’ve been under his care for pain management for 9 years. Procedure days are well organized! And Kudos to Linda, the office manager who recently helped with issues that arose from an insurance change in January. I highly recommend Dr Cheng and Elite Pain Management!

I'm VERY picky with my health care providers! When I first came to EPM in 2018 I saw how they thoroughly went thoroughly my medical history and worked in accordance. They are VERY organized and on top of their game! Everyone in the office is VERY caring and knowledgeable. They are light handed in their procedures and are caring in their follow-up and follow through with everything! I'll make the drive from where I live for QUALITY HEALTH CARE & QUALITY HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS! And that's EXACTLY what Dr Cheng and the rest of his Staff are, QUALITY, Through and Through!

Dr. Cheng and his highly skilled staff provided by far the most positive, professional and proper diagnosis and treatment for my medical condition. Dr. Cheng is a remarkable diagnostician who asks and answers all the right questions to ensure that a patient receives the best care possible. His kind and caring personality shines during each interaction with him.

Dr, Cheng ordered a pain medication for me and I had a rather severe reaction to it. I left 3 messages over 2 days asking that he contact me in order to change to a different medication. He never responded. I called to cancel my follow up appointment and was told that I wasn't on the schedule in spite of having a copy of my appointment confirmation. I sent a letter to him telling him of my disappointment with him and his staff, since I felt that I owed him an explanation of why I would not be returning.

Dr. Cheng is a great physician. He has taken through care of me for more than 7 years. So thankful for his work ethic and individual care.

Dr. Cheng and his medical team Dr. Kim and their office staff are very professional and attentive to my care. They treated me immediately as a new patient with no wait time. They are respectful to answer any questions and have the highest regard towards pain management.

Dr Cheng and his office staff are very professional and caring. I highly recommend him. All of the Drs and Nurse practitioners seriously listen and hear you when you tell him your pain issues. They provide you with recommendations for therapy, exercise and medical procedures that help reduce the pain experienced. After a neck surgery I was still in great pain and truly do not know how I would have gotten through the last few years without his encouragement and sincere concern and empathy to help me see there is help. I can’t thank Dr Cheng and his staff enough for the help they have been providing to me.

Dr. Cheng is not only highly skilled, he is an all around nice person. He has performed two procedures on my lumbar spine. The front office staff is friendly and highly competent, which adds to the experience of visiting Dr. Cheng. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been suffering from chronic back pain for 20 years. I have been to several pain specialists and Dr. Cheng is hands down the best! I have 2 small children and thanks to Dr. Cheng and his staff I am able to be more active with them with less pain. I highly recommend Dr. Cheng to anyone suffering from chronic pain who wants a doctor that is invested in helping you with your pain to have a better quality of life.

I am a 70 year old man who loves running every day and still does marathons, I have back and hip issues and Dr Cheng has relieved my pain which keeps me going
