Dr. Dean was the fourth ENT I saw for my issues. He took on my case and I am so grateful. After two surgeries, I am doing so much better. Truly, he is with his patients for the long haul. He is invested in his field and dedicated to the wellbeing of his patients. One of the best doctors I’ve ever seen,

I have never been the same after my operation with Dr. Dean. For years now, I have been unable to breathe reliably out of one side of my nose (which wasn't even the original problem side). For months after the surgery, It felt like he didn't believe my pain or issues. Year later, I tried to connect with them again to make things right, but their support staff messed up both prescriptions, and scans/referrals, causing months and months of delay to treatment. I can't in good conscious recommend this doctor. Every time I can't breath correctly, I regret my decision. Every time I wake up from this inescapable pain, I curse his name. Marc Dean butchered my nose, and it feels like he doesn't care. Don't make the same mistake as me.

An Office That Cares
Overwhelmed, sad and scared is how I felt before going to the office of Dr. Dean. The office staff is positive, friendly and accomodating. My audiologist (Kristin) is thorough and made sure I understood all that she was testing and why. Dr. Dean is simply brilliant. He is interested in your case, spends time explaining what he is doing, and waits patiently to answer any and all questions you have for him. Dr. Dean will not stop until he finds the best individualized solution for you and your needs. This is a practice where I feel safe and where I know I am getting the best care available in the city.

Absolutely Amazing Dr
He was able to tell ME all of my symptoms before I told him just by looking at a CT Scan ordered by my primary Dr. He then ordered another more entailed one prior to my procedures of Sinus and Ear balloon procedures. Recovery has been amazingly pain free for the most part. He is courteous and painstakingly thorough. His staff,…every one of them … are kind and caring. As a group they are one of the best offices one ever entered and I’ll be 74 this month so I’ve met many Drs and their staff. These folks are the best! I have two brothers that will be seeing him now. His wait list is long so get in now to get on the list!

Dr. Death 2.0. Padding his pockets doing unnecessary surgery on anyone he can persuade. Ask around and you will find no other ENTs in the area respect this guy. Please stay away.

Dean left me with one useless ear. He is doing surgeries that benefit him that other ENTs have abandoned over 20 years ago.

I have a narrow nasal bridge and had a deviated septum. Dr Dean told me that with a surgery, it would "definitely help the breathing and snoring". I agreed and had the surgery, took time off work and dealt with the pain and after 8 months, there are absolutely ZERO positive results. To top it off, the Dr's office NEVER scheduled a follow up visit and NEVER EVEN CALLED afterwards. It was less than a one hour procedure for over $35,000 and they cant even make a phone call to check on a patient. He collected my money and never looked back. I do not and will not ever recommend this "doctor".. Very disappointed that it seemed it was all about money rather than telling a patient the truth that it wasn't going to help. If you choose any doctor out there, do your research first.

Good luck on seeing Dr.Dean .My p/a sent a referral for me to see the doctor and trying to even get in to see the doctor is close to impossible. After being told they would call me back several times I found another doctor to treat a severe ear infection . Therefore I can't answer the questions about the doctor but he definitely needs improvement with his staff .

I am so upset with the options presented to me before surgery was recommended. I saw Dr. Dean for months while suffering through terrible ear pressure and Eustachian tube discomfort . I was offered only simple remedies until I underwent surgery to implant a shim. I felt pressure in follow up to say that things were better. I got a second opinion, and that day had an in-office procedure to implant tiny tubes; so simple, with fantastic results. This option was never mentioned.

He was in a rush to get out of the surgical center the day my surgery was scheduled. Never met with me post op & bolted out before leaving my pain med RX. I was never given post op instructions......no follow up appointment. I felt like I was hurried in & out without any concern for patient care.

I would give negative stars if possible. I would run and never, ever use him. His behavior during our son operation lead the hospital to apologize on his behalf as he was not a good representation of what they stood for. He changed the post op plan of care while in the OR. And then didn’t even have the nerve to come and tell us. We found out while in the waiting room waiting to see our 3 year old post op by a nurse. Don’t wnd up in our situation. Use a real doctor.

Appointments on time. Dr. Dean explained my condition in terms I could understand. He is willing to answer all my questions and gave me a written list of medications with instructions on how they should be taken. The medication is helping and I have noticed a difference in my condition.
