Dr. Fater's office is very well run - his staff are very professional and friendly and are also compassionate and caring. Dr Fater was great too - he is approachable and pleasant, and gave honest opinions and explained pros and cons of various approaches. I had not previously been to any of Cape Cod's plastic surgery offices and placed my full trust in the online reviews of his practice when I visited Dr. Fater- and I'm so glad I did because everything the online reviews say is true!Overall I'm very pleased with the result and am thankful to Dr. Fater and his team for making what could have been a nerve-wracking experience a very smooth and positive one.

excellent. Attentive, clear in his explanations. Easy, non-hurried manner. Honest about expectations ... what was realistic and what wasn't. I had filler and except for some bruising on my lip, there was no other down side.

I finally decided to spend the money for and fillers. I had bruising for 3 weeks. Once I could see my skin clearly, I looked exactly the same as I did prior to my procedure. I called the office, left a message but got no call back. I don’t know if the issue is the Doctor, who is a very nice man, the products he used or just perhaps the stuff doesn’t work for me. Needless to say, I’m awfully disappointed.

Dr. Fater is an excellent and highly skilled plastic surgeon!! I have had many many procedures over the years including breast- facial-and cancer corrective procedures and have been very pleased with the results. My Husband is also very pleased with the results. His office staff is very friendly and helpful!! I recommend Dr. Fater to people seeking plastic surgery or corrective plastic surgery in the Cape Cod area.

I had a blepharoplasty done with Dr. Marc Fater in 2015. He is a no nonsense, down to earth professional. I am completely satisfied with the surgery and after treatment received by Dr. Fater. Since their was some swelling he scheduled me for additional follow up visits WITHOUT charge until he was satisfied I was fully healed. The surgery had the requested result and healing time was very quick. All the staff is super nice and they make you feel completely at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Fater.
