rude and arrogant!
Horrible! He had my 85 year old mother in tears after she had a stroke and went to visit him for possible neuropathy. He kept telling her that she was wrong and that she did not see a neurologist, when in fact she did. He was rude and arrogant! Never again!

Horrible
This doctor is rude and has no clue what he’s doing. My dad has severely declined. With dementia. He said my dad at 90 was doing better, yet he couldn’t answer the questions or got all but one wrong. His assisted living has told us he is to point we need a memory unit (and unfortunately probably does). And this joker thinks he curing dementia. Look else where for your loved one!

100 % DO NOT RECCOMEND
Would rate 0 if able. Dr. Frost was rude and ignorant at every visit. Despite my mom's and the family's concerns, he was unwilling to listen to the real problem or explore further options. Appointments were rushed, he frequently and rudely said to 'be quiet', put his hand up to say 'stop'. Symptoms grew EXPONENTIALLY over the course of 4 years. Dr. Frost changed her medicines 4 TIMES in 30 days without ever having seen her, run tests, etc. She hadn't even had a routine EEG for some years. Within a few months, My mom eventually became so incapacitated and dizzy that she could not see, stand, walk, care for herself. Her cognition and memory appeared to be heading toward dementia. Taking matters into our own hands, we went to strong in Rochester and sought out the Cleveland Clinic. Finally as a last resort, we discontinued one medicine and lowered the other. Within 2 weeks, ALL Systems and symptoms resolved. She is now functioning as she was 5 years ago. ALL SYMPTOMS RESOLVED

Dent does not return phone calls. Had an EEG on Oct. 14 and the nurse told me I would have results in 2 days. After waiting a week, I called on Oct. 21 and left message which they did not return. I called again on Oct. 22 and left a message which they did not return. The receptionist who answered phone told me the nurses were very busy and may take a day or two to call me. It was already 8 days. I still have no results as I type this on Oct. 24, 2021.

I recently gave a one star review for Dr. Frost at Dent neurological in Orchard Park. Shortly after I posted that review they called me to see if there was anything they could do. I was able to reschedule my appointment for today and met with Dr. Frost. He listened as I explained my health situation and concerns about taking medication. He proposed a natural remedy without medication and told me to call him in a week to see how it was going. I am very appreciative for them reaching out and for Dr. Frost meeting with me. 5 stars!

When a patient calls and asks for an appointment because they are experiencing seizure like symptoms along with feeling anxiety stricken, to deny them an appointment because of a bill is just ethically wrong. Will be going somewhere else.

Very disappointed with Dr. Frost. He put me through an overnight sleep test AND a daytime sleep test then dismissed me as a patient the very next day--with no results whatsoever. I called and called to find out what the problem was and no one would call me back for 2 days, until I threatened going to the media. When they did talk to me, they told me they decided to get rid of me on September 6th. SO why put me through expensive testing on Sept 11 and 12 and then send a letter dated Sept 13 dismissing me?? Absolutely terrible treatment. The compliance officer who called me, Tara, was rude and ignorant, seeming to delight in telling me that I had been dismissed. This is just the most egregious example of Dent's desire for money trumping their doctors Hippocratic oaths. And the letter Dent sent said Dr. Frost would be my doctor for 30 days? Ha. What a joke, no one cared, or even got back to me despite my several messages. And I thought Dr. Frost was one of the good guys.

Dr. Frost diagnosed my problem during my first appointment and is doing a very fine job in being patient with me in my struggles to get adjusted to my C Pap device. He is very professional, understanding and listens to all my concerns. One of the best Dr.s I have ever met. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I hope I don't disappoint him.

After not receiving proper answers and care from my primary physician Dr Frost ran the proper test in the proper order to find out exactly what my problem was. Very professional and thorough. They got me in quickly.
