We drove 2 hours from the eastern shore to see him. It was so worth the drive. He was excellent. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him.

Not Even an Adequate Dr
Doesn't listen, maybe illiterate, and missed problems I had. Went to him because my tonsils were swollen and they were very inflamed and he agreed but did nothing. I explained to him I was gaining weight rapidly even though I ate a healthy diet and he handed me forms on how to eat and told me to lose weight even though I gave him my sleep study that showed I had severe sleep apnea which causes obesity. I explained the treatment plan that I had for it and he told me it wouldn't work and I was being ripped off. He wrote a prescription for a cpap which I told him I was a mouth breather and needed a full mask but still the prescription was for a nasal mask which by the way I went to another ENT and found I have a deviated septum which this guy totally missed even though he looked. I actually tried the cpap and had an adverse reaction to it so I messaged him and he never responded his assistant basically just said deal with it. Staff at office is horrible as well.

Excellent Doctor!
Very friendly, extremely thorough, and took his time explaining and discussing concerns with me. Follow-up after tests was quick and great. Highly recommend!!

Not a good one. Met over Zoom. Dr was not friendly and barely listened, and clearly uninterested to my problem. Dismissed my request for apnea test. I think it is because it is done by third-party, which I am guessing pays him less. He said he would coordinate and send the test kit. Waited 3 weeks, nothing. Emailed. No response. Waited another 3 weeks. Called and reassured it would get delivered. Waited another 2 mos. Nothing. No call, no follow up. Finally got a response, a letter requesting co-pay. Called the office and paid the $25. Asked where the kit was, and no idea. Told them don’t bother. Not going to visit him again. Good news is they don’t have the next appointment set up anyways.

Staff is inept. Scheduling is a disgrace as it they are several weeks out. Dr. Marc Hamburger did absolutely nothing for my injuries & treatment due to a car accident. For 3.5 years I kept complaining of pain and hearing loss that resorted to reading lips. I finally got that advanced hearing test after DEMANDING proper treatment this far into my case that resulted in partial and final hearing loss & speech therapy, which at this point into my lawsuit was late and detrimental to my case as well as my health. Even reviewing my medical chart containing 3.5 years’ worth of office visits, they were all filled with medical errors & mistakes that needed to be amended before the deposition. After requesting an amendment with giving the correct information, it took too long because due to the incompetency of office administration, that I actually had to make an appointment with the office manager to go over every single visit entirely to fix the errors. I do not recommend.

Office staff is very rude. My insurance changed from 01/01/19. I haven’t got a new card, staff wouldn’t even check my new coverage and demand $40 copay, it suppose to be $20. My name was misspelled, Doctor couldt find my Radiology images from Radiology portal due to name misspelling. Never going back.

Don’t waste your time. This Dr is worst than a dirty mechanic. He doesn’t even introduce himself. How can you treat patients with out talking to them. I will spread the word everywhere about this office and Dr Hamburger. Avoid!!!

My child had her tonsils and adenoids removed. Dr. Hamburger was great in providing me with the necessary info and was understanding regarding my concerns. The day of the surgery he was attentive to my daughter and made sure that she was comfortable and not afraid. The surgery went well and the post-recovery took about 10 days. There were no complications and Dr. Hamburger and his office were available throughout the post-opt to answer my questions. My child no longer has sleep apnea.
