Rude office staff
I was a patient at this office over five years ago. At the time I had a good experience and left a good review. The office staff was kind and I liked the doctor. I recently tried to go back but quickly found out that the office staff had changed. While struggling with the ten pages of paperwork, I spoke to a staff member named “D” and was shocked at how rude and unprofessional she was. I waited a few months before calling again after the way she treated me but that time she didn’t even respond to my message. I called and spoke to someone else who told me to send a copy of my drivers license but after I sent it, she never called me back. This place has gone downhill for sure. Right now I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Maskowitz and his staff truly helped me with my lower back pain. I have been suffering for years and felt that no body cared. However, when I was warmly welcomed by his staff and Dr. Maskowitz intently listened to my concerns, I knew that I was in good hands. His office can be busy at times but once the staff focuses on you, you feel that you are just as important as everyone else. I guess you just have to expect to have to wait at times, because they obviously take their time with all of their patients. However, I have never had to wait longer then 15 mins and I would wait longer, if needed, for Dr. Maskowitz and his team. Thank you.

Dr. Maskowitz is one of only a very few Doctors who has been able to diagnose and treat the many orthopaedic injuries I sustained after having been shot down and crashing four times as an Army helicopter pilot in Vietnam. After being 100 percent disabled for nearly thirty years it is very satisfying and gratifying that I have found a Dr. who understands my many problems and communicates a clear and reasonable treatment path for me. One I might add which has greatly improved my life.

Presented me with a very thorough analysis of my condition after which the treatment that was applied returned me to a normal, pain-free life. I'm walking on air. I can hardly believe it.

The staff are all really sweet and helpful. I would recommend this office you anyone who needs this type of treatment. Dr. Maskowitz is probably the only doctor I've ever had in my life who seems like he actually cares about his patients. I adore him! I don't even mind when I occasionally have to wait because they have interesting magazines and the office is beautiful.

I don't think it's right to be setting for a very very long time when you have appointment and for another person to just walk in and be put first. When I have been setting here waiting to be seen by the doctor just like everyone else. I think that I will just find me someone else to see. Because it shows that they don't care about how nobody feel they don't care if you can't set for a long time I have a very very bad back and it hurts for me to Sat a long time
