Do Not Use
This doctor confidently ruled out kidney inflammation for my five year old daughter claiming she had a uti. After asking several times for her labs to be sent to our primary our pediatrician said she did have inflammation. This is horrifying. Standards of emergency care should not be like this in our country. I will keep reviewing this provider until there is change.

Let me start by saying I like Dr. Roy very much. But his staff is a problem. This office used to be a lot more attentive to the people that rely on them. Lately (the past couple of years) it hard to get to talk to anyone. Today once again they said a nurse would call me back and again they didn't.

I had a horrendous customer service experience with Middlesex Hospital Primary Care- Durham location. An appointment for a physical that I took time off work to go to-- the office staff changed the time of the appointment, and blamed me for it. When I asked to reschedule-- no more appointments for the next THREE MONTHS. When does it become a problem, that they take on too many patients that they can't even make time for one physical in 3 mos time?? Plus, it was THEIR fault. SO ANGRY!
