Never again
Performed a rhizotomy on me around Nov of 2022. I walked around with what felt like a 50 pound weight was attached to my neck(instead of my head). My neck has been worse since he performed the procedure. This was after the epidural he performed had no effect or relief for me. Wouldn't allow him to put a bandaid on me after my experience.

Very bad experience. Extremely long wait times. Doesn't explain anything. Doesn't make eye contact or try to communicate with hearing impaired. Didn't help with pain condition after several attempts. No compassion. Even a staff member suggested we go elsewhere. Worst experience

This doctor left me worse off than when I first went to him. Then had the nerve to call in a tier 4 medication for $188.00 with my humana coverage. I wouldn't let him treat my dog.. Beware..

I’ve been a patient of Dr Slonimski for over five years now. I have chronic back pain, hip pain. It’s very rare that we find a Dr that takes the time to listen to you. Prior to Dr Slonimski I was on large amounts of pain medications that only was the most four hour fix and then I found Dr Slonimski. After exhausting our options he suggested i consider the pain pump, I was hesitant as I had back surgery in Sept 09, injections, you name it I did it! I finally after much talk with Dr Slonimski I decided to do the trial, It was very much a success to be able to get pain relief without taking pain pills was a new plus for me. I had the pain pump surgery and it truly helps me. If you want a chance of having somewhat of a normal life make a appt with Dr Slonimsky I guarantee you will be very pleased he truly cares about each and every one of his patients. The front office ladies are great as well you couldn’t ask for a better pain management practice or Dr!! Thank You Dr Slonimsky !!!!

Dr. Slonimski is a wonderful doctor who has gone above and beyond to help me with my 11 year battle against CRPS or chronic regional pain syndrome. He manages my pain pump, which has undoubtably made a huge difference in my day today struggle with this awful disorder. Before getting the pain pump I was lucky to sleep assassin an hour to an hour at a time for 11 years.. now I am able to sleep 6 to 7 hours at a time. He is a wonderfully compassionate doctor.
