Dr. Frank was very caring, attentive, understanding, and provided me with quality medical care. I am very pleased with her services and would definitely recommend her to others.

I am a family physician for the last 40 years. Dr. Frank began as my pulmonologist and subsequently sleep specialist, when she diagnosed me with sleep apnea. She is one of the original sleep specialist in New Jersey and tops in her field. She has presented lectures to DOT physicians, who examine truck and bus driver's, making our roads safer. In addition to being highly qualified and respected by physicians in the community, Dr. Frank is a compassionate and patient physician. She takes the time necessary to explain and answer any questions to me and my patients. I would recommend her to any patient in need of a sleep expert.

On my 1st office visit I was not sure what to expect. Dr Frank took the time to explain everything to me. I felt I was not being rushed out for the next patient.

This was my first visit. Dr. Frank took the time to evalaute my health concerns and listened to me as I explained my health problems, appointments with other doctors, tests and results.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Franks for awhile she was ok as a doctor no real complaints. My issue has been that my past 2 appointments were telehealth and the day before her office confirmed. Day of visit they were supposed to call never got one. Nobody sent a link for visit and it was missed TWICE. I did call the office they work out of and was told they aren’t in and had no answer. Extremely unprofessional my insurance is not paying for Cpap because of missed appointments etc. as I said as a provider she is no better or worse than any other but office communication is the most awful experience I’ve encountered.

I WAS SO LUCKY TO CATCH HER LIES AND HER UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AND DIAGNOSIS. SHE IS A BIG TALKER WHICH REALLY LORES YOU IN TO GETTING ALL THESE FAKE TESTS THAT YOU/INSURANCE WILL GET CHARGED FOR AND WILL HAVE NO CLUE THAT IT NEVER EVER HAPPENED. SHE PRESCRIBES MEDICATIONS AND WHEN ASKED FOR A REFILL SHE TELLS YOU THAT SHE NEVER PRESCRIBED THEM. SO, I AM NOT SURE WHO'S LYING ? IS IT ME OR HER PRESCRIPTION PAD THAT I GOT MY MEDICATIONS FROM. DOCTORS ARE SUPPOSED TO HELP US NOT RIP US OFF!! MONEY HUNGRY Dr. Marcella Frank. SHAME ON YOU !!
