Waited all day for this guy and didn’t show up. Really frustrating. How does the provider not go visit the patient.

The worst MD I have ever seen or been treated by
I have a medical background, I believe it is malpractice to do an upper and lower endoscopy on a pt who you have never seen, examined, or spoken to. If it is not medical malpractice it is at least unethical! He never introduced himself nor was he willing to answer any questions before he did the procedures. I was treated very badly by everyone at that endoscopy center with the exception of one RN and two of the techs. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Everyone kept insisting I was there ONLY for a lower endoscopy even though I had orders for both, upper and lower endoscopy & had prepped for both. Dr Bustamante refused to talk to me before & after the procedure. I was given the results by a tech who spoke English with such a strong accent that I great difficulty understanding her. Bottom line, he was ONLY interested in how many procedures he could preform in the shortest amt of time !!
