Excellent Doctor
Dr.Colon really took the time to answer all of my questions the day of our appointment, I never felt rushed and he really payed attention to my sons behaviors. He interacted with him and made us feel comfortable during our appointment. I definitely recommend Dr Colon to anyone seeking answers about their child.

Unprofessional Practice
Dr Colon and his team discharged my nonverbal autistic daughter from his practice without warning or even notification. It wasn’t until I called to request a medication refill that I was told she was discharged. And no proper explanation was provided. Very unprofessional!

Dr Colon and his PA Tia were absolutely amazing! Dr Colon took as much time as we needed to answer the mountain of questions we have had. He answered all the questions like he has never heard them before (even though I am sure he has heard them a million times), I never felt like my son was "just another patient" and I felt like he really was paying attention to my sons behaviors so he can truly make a plan for success for my son! Tia worked hard and took her time to find therapy professionals my son will need that takes his insurance! That is just amazing!! I have never had anyone do this before! You can hear the passion and dedication in her voice and the way she speaks. She wants all the children to succeed! There is literally nothing that can make this place any better! We had plans to relocate out of Florida, but because of this visit I feel I won't find another practice like this one! Thank you so so much!

Dr. Colon is wonderful. He is truly an advocate for children. He is professional, highly skilled, knowledgeable, and is extremely relatable. You never feel like he is talking down to you and he is trusting that you as a parent are the expert of your child. He does not rush your through your appointment and allows parents to actively participate in their child's treatment. He does not act impulsively and he really takes the time to gather evidence before he diagnoses your child. I am so happy that he is our developmental pediatrician!
