We never saw MD, just his PA. Staff was horrible, Heather, the head nurse, stated we would not be billed due to our insurance and then we started recieving bills 3 months after our first visit. Heather was always unprofessional and last time we spoke with her, she couldn't even get our names right. The staff was always in a rush so they could leave early, we tried calling many times after 2PM and no answer. This is a poor excuse for a medical clinic. They have been report to the state.

Very kind doctor and equally as kind staff. The doctor clearly explained wound care procedure and what to expect. I was very grateful not to have any surprises that I hadn't anticipated,

Receptionist: Great in person.. and does fine work; Dan, and Dana are super people and do superb interpersonal and wound care and preparation.. seems very well done with good sterile techniques;Enjoyed the chair they picked out for me; it was so comfortable. Dr. Gittelie did not treat me. His P.A. Dana and Dr. Gitterie's team treated me. They were all FANTASIC. I love everyone who attended to me: P.A. Dana, Raymond, Pat, and all the rest of the staff. I couldn't have had a better team to help me heal. The office staff are all friendly and happily greet patients when arriving and leaving. I highly recommend CSR Wound Care Ctr. Dr. Gitterle took care of my husband about 3 years ago and he is wonderful also.

Dr. Gitterle was an excellent wound care doctor. I had a very bad wound, and Dr. Gitterle and his staff were wonderful. They didn't waste anytime getting me the help I needed. I even contacted Dr. Gitterle on a weekend when my wound was looking very bad and he asked me to send pictures and helped assess my situation. I pray I never have to be in this situation again but if I am- he will be my first stop. His staff was also amazing. Rita helped me each week when I had my different treatments.
