Dr. Marcus Lee, MD

I’ve been a patient here for years. And for the most part everything was fine. Now over a set amount of time his employees have left and it’s made a a very noticeable difference. I’m on 20 different medications a day ! So when I need to get refills I need to get them in a timely manner. I’ve had problems before and I’ve had to patiently wait. I know there are other patients but refills are not that hard to take care of. The other day I had it. Contacting them all day long. Lees office saying they sent over a 3 month supply and Publix telling me they didn’t and by the way Lees office will not answer the phones when a pharmacy calls. We have to call Lees office to call the pharmacy. After repeated phone calls and going to going to my pharmacy and finding out no one has ever called from Lees office I went to Lees office and the girl behind the counter has no people skills I went in there to try to talk to a nurse to take care of this. Well I’m running out of space here. Don’t ever go he

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Lee for several years and haven’t experienced any negative issues. The entire staff is very professional and Dr Lee is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I witnessed a very negative patient last year be absolutely irate for having to wait for 20 minutes past appointment time. I personally have never waited over 30 minutes but most of time averages about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee!

This office changed dramatically after Steve was no longer working there. Dr. Lee once took time to hear and actually listen to me as a patient. No more. He opposed my having Bariatric surgery and now is trying to prove how wrong it was that I did it with blood tests slipped in during the aftermath. But he had no qualms registering me for a diabetic study that deliberately shot my insulin usage sky high to see if I'd have a heart attack. I'm not seeing how this helped. I've left the bldg.

I ry like Dr. Lee he truly cares about his patients he is very caring and he takes time to show you how to understand what’s wrong with you.

This place is a wonderful place to get health care. If I wouldn't have moved I would still be going to them. Dr Lee is awesome an so are his nurse practitioners. Ty for everything y'all did for me.

If your looking for a doctor that really cares about you and your health ..You can't beat him..He also has some very nice nerse that work for him....Give him a call you want regret it...

Dr. Lee is a very good doctor. However, he is surrounded by a marginal staff that has a great deal of trouble following his direction and understanding requests made by his clients. I was with Dr. Lee for two years and during that time had numerous problems with drug prescriptions and other administrative needs. The staff generally has a "we can't do that" attitude and are sometimes very difficult to deal with. It would be a toss up as to whether I would recommend Dr. Lee.

It is always a little scary going to the Dr. NOT in Dr. lee's case. From the time you get to appt. , you are at ease. From check-in with Steve, he and the entire staff make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I am 64 and have been to many doctors. Very little wait time. Total quality during the office visit and diagnosis and solutions. I highly recommend Dr. Lee.Pat Moore
