Waited too long, was rushed when I finally got to see him. He treats you like an object of profit not a human being. Never going back!!!

Waited nearly two hours to see this physician. When I finally got to see him he showed little importance to my needs and rushed me through the visit in a quite condescending manner. May have had something to do with my medicaid insurance. For all his awards and recognitions he has little to no interpersonal skills and is quite full of himself. Walked out with nothing, not even a recommendation for my health needs. Won't waste my time again with this mediocre excuse for a physician.

I arrived 15 minutes early because I knew there would be paperwork, there's always paperwork. Waited 30 minutes before I asked how backed up they were. 20 minutes I'm told. 45 minutes later they move me from the front waiting room to a back hallway chair. There is already another person waiting. There were people coming and going while I waited. Maybe they were the

My experience with Dr. Loo was very pleasant. He is a good practitioner who has a lot of knowledge in his field of expertise. I was very satisfied with my visit and felt he took an ample amount of time in understanding my concerns, as well as to answer all of the questions that I had.
