Dr. Margaret Ciechanowska, MD

My husband and i have been patients od Dr Ciechancwska for over 10 years. She has always explained her treatment plan to us. She is very knowledgeable and we are very comfortable and confident under her care. I highly recommend her as an endocrinologist.

Dr. Ciechanowska is a very knowledgeable doctor. She diagnosed me with a very complex condition 20 years ago and guided me through a treatment and surgical procedures throughout all those years. Dr. Ciechanowska always listens and she is always able to find the underlying reason and treatment for all the symptoms. Dr. Ciechanowska is truly exceptional and very professional.

I was a patient for more than 10 years. In 2019 she stopped accepting my insurance. I have a new Endocrinologist now and I have attempted to call the office to receive my medical records. The office staff have given my the round around over and over again. I have not wanted to drive into the office to see them direct unless they can tell me that I can pick them up upon my arrival. You can not speak to a receptionist directly. You call an you get the office hours and the phone hours (whatever that means) and it's not clear if you can leave a message because you're not directed to. You leave a message and no one calls you back. If some one picks up I was told they cannot find my records. I sent a letter to request my records and no one contacted me. So I call again and finally spoke to someone who said "hold on" and they disconnected my call. I need my medical records. I will not go to the Medical Board to report them.
