Dr. Craig was the anesthesiologist when I had plastic surgery on 7/14/17. The surgery was for breast enlargement w/ no contact with my face. However, when I woke from my surgery, my tooth was broken at the root and had to be extracted and later will be replaced with an implant. Dr. Craig originally said she would pay for it, but later asked me to send all of my medical/dental records to her insurance company. The insurance company denied the claim and she now has refused to pay. No integrity
