Bad manners with patients
Telehealth
Many times during our appointments she would start yelling at me. On top of that, I was pressured into a plan I didn't agree with, and she would yell every time I brought up the parts of the plan I disagreed with. When I ended up taking matters into my own hand since it was that or my mental health degrading even further, she got very angry with me, despite the fact that the measures I took were A. Recommended by my therapistB. Something I knew would be helpfulHowever, because it isn't what she wanted, Dr. Heine got very upset.
