Called to schedule appointment, office person was rude, when I ask is accepting new patients she mumbled something and I asked her to repeat and she hung up. Will find another doctor.

During a recent surgery and hospitalization for a complicated surgery, Dr. Sozio covered for my Dr. while I was in the hospital. She stopped by at least every day for the last 2 weeks. I don't remember the previous 2 weeks. Dr. Sozio has taken over my care from my original Dr. She has smoothed out this transition from administrative difficulties. During the 1st OP appt she spent an hour going over my case with my wife and I. Great communication, responds quickly, and verbally when needed.
