Dr. Garces is great however to get through to her office is a nightmare! have left 3 messages over the past 2 weeks and have yet to hear back from them.

Works well if you can go at their convenience
My visit was good. She explained things well, although she gave me some stock recommendations without inquiring about what I actually do. However, when extreme pain struck and I called for an emergency appointment I was told there was nothing until my upcoming appointment 10 days later. Extreme pain does not go on an office schedule. This works fine if all goes according to (their) plan.

THE BEST
Dr. Garces is extremely thorough. She listens carefully, pays attention and gives you help in every way. She shows you and explains everything to you on her computer. She prints out exercises and advice. I recommend her to everyone who needs an Arthritis Doctor. I think she is the very best.

My experience with Dr Garces was amazing! She is compassionate, smart, very thorough in her examination. She listens and addresses even the most minute concern. Her staff was very nice and polite. Thank you to my friend who recommended her to me. I will definitely be returning to her and will recommend her when I can!

I would rate Dr. Garce the highest score that exist since she is not only an AMAZING PROFESSIONAL Doctor but also the kind, sweet, caring human that treats my dad with Kiind of Love, dedication and caring that makes him feel she is fighting for his health. My dad have a very complicated disease and she have been there by our side every step of the way. They are no words to describe how Bless we are to have her and her tream in our life’s!!

This is a wonderful Doctor in every possible aspect , caring, patient, kind and answers and explains all questions and concerns that you may have. On the other hand the staff at the reception are rude and unkind and poor manners to the patients.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. My experience with the office staff was very unpleasant. I've been attempting to see Dr. Garces since March and was anxiously waiting for my first time visit in May. I just received a voicemail that my appointment was cancelled and to call and reschedule my appointment. I was given an August visit! It takes 5 months to see Dr. Garces?? No empathy given from her office staff? No thank you, I am no longer interested in seeing this doctor.

After waiting 2 months for the first appointment I could get, I then waited 1 hour after my appointment time. When I was told my wait would continue...I asked to reschedule. I was told the next available appt. would be in 2 months. There was no apology but instead was told I should be grateful they overbooked to get everyone in.
