Margarita Jurak

I've been experiencing immense pain with penetration, to the point wear even during the pap smear exam I started tearing up. I can't wear any tampons to any capacity, and I'm physically unable to have sex. She told me that this is 'normal' and that I'm just a sensitive person, even though this clearly isn't normal, and disregarding my very real physical pain as just a 'personality quirk' is straight up gaslighting. She completely disregarded my pain, didn't take me seriously, and I was left without help and with no answers.

I definitely feel like my appointment was rushed. She speaks to you as if she is critiquing you, almost as in a 'common sense' type of way. I don't feel that she's very personable. She also doesn't make eye contact. I think it's important for people to look at your when they're speaking to you and she stares at the wall or the floor. It's kind of rude.

Dr. Jurack is one of the nicest, most approachable and comforting doctors I have ever been to. She is patient, thorough, always takes time and addresses ALL my concerns. She always greets you with and leaves you with a smile. I’ve had a lot of medical issues this year and she did tests, and even did more repeat testing a few months later when I asked her to. She is empathetic to any pain you’re having, and her goal is always to help you to be healthy and feeling well. I have the utmost confidence in her, and it’s always a pleasure interacting with her. I would give her 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend her to any patient of any age. Thank you Dr. Jurack for always taking great care of me.

Dr. Jurak was the on-call physician when I went into labor and as stressful as that situation can be Dr. Jurak far exceeded my expectations and was actually quite comforting. She kept us informed and prepared for all possible outcomes while supporting my wishes of a VABAC. Very kind and personable while maintaining professionalism. I recommend her for any 1st 2nd or 10th time giving birth.

Yes I would recommend Dr. Jurak to anyone. Dr. Jurak has; excellent manners, very willing to discuss any medical questions you may have, she is very welcoming. Most importantly, I feel very confident in Dr. Jurak's Medical Skills, I like this doctor a lot. Thanks very much, Maria P

Dr Jurak is by far the worst obgyn I have ever gone to in my 30 years of going to gynecologists in this area. Frightening patient approach. she didn’t respond to issues that she is supposed to treat. I went to her out of desperation, after using other Doctors in the office that were also not at all interested in treating my health. She though, was the worst. I can’t even write how terrible the experience was, besides being degrading & upsetting. Horrid rude woman aside from the doctor status-

She is one of the only good doctors in the southbay office. She gave everything 100% when treating me. Sad that I have to leave this practice after 12 years. The office staff are the worst and no one ever returns your calls. She will be the only one I miss.

I am going to give her 5 stars cause she saved my life when I went into cardiac arrest during an emergency c-section but please note she has the most awful bedside manor. If your looking for a doctor with compassion look elsewhere. She made me feel awful after my section but did an amazing job saving my baby & me.
