Awful clinician
Telehealth
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Made an appointment for a cough only. The clinician immediately instead of asking to see my throat or any symptoms went into a tirade about not filling out work paperwork for leave, not only did I not ask her for this I told her 3 times to stop it, I did not require paperwork and focus on the cough. She finally said I should go in person because she doesn’t do paperwork and I told her that was enough and again asked her to focus on my symptoms only. I have a doctors appointment soonest in 3 weeks and 1 week urgent care and told her a couch without difficulty breathing and negative Covid test is not serious enough for an emergency room visit. I have had amazing clinicians, but she is likely the worst doctor I have seen in my life and should not but doing any Telehealth visits at all. I also filed for a refund and contacted BCBS to lodge a complaint. I encourage others to do so so she is removed from the Telehealth system.

Very Rude and condescending
I completed a telehealth visit and was demeaned and lectured at the start of the visit. Dr.Margo Smith did not ask how I was feeling nor asked if I had any current symptoms pertaining to my visit. She was condescending and did not let me speak. I have never been spoken so rudely to in my entire life. I will stop using the Doctors OnDemand app due to this doctor in fear of having another appointment with her. Dr.Margo Smith, please be kinder to your patients as you do not know what they are going through.

Horrible
Did not listen to anything I had to say. Very rushed and no help at all. Constantly talked over me. Really wasted my time and money.

Constantly interrupted me while I was trying to answer questions she asked me. Told me my problems were caused by being overweight (I’m not even overweight so I don’t know what she was talking about). Acted like she knew my body better than I did.

This was a terrible experience. Dr. Smith did not even ask any relevant questions regarding my symptoms. She was demeaning. I would not trust her to practice medicine on myself or any member of the general public.

Unlike the top two patients, my experience with Dr. Smith was excellent. Despite a bad connection (on my part) she was very helpful, asked questions and let me answer, and answered any concerns I might have. I contacted her through Dr. On Demand and was very happy.

Had a virtual doc appointment with her this morning and she was obscenely rude. When the appointment started, I began to tell her what was going on only for her to rudely interrupt me and when attempted to repeat myself, she demanded an answer to a question of what I was doing to “combat my allergies.” At this point, I snapped and said she was being rude & had an attitude to which she tried to say it was me. She continued to be disrespectful and ignored anything I said relating to the issue I was calling about. I’m 36 years old and have had chronic sinus infections since I was in my early 20s. I know what my symptoms are and I know what my body does and doesn’t respond to. She argued with me at first about it being a sinus infection only to moments later, tell me that’s what it was. She then prescribed over the counter nasal spray and to “wait and see” how I do despite stating I’d been sick for almost 2 weeks. By far one of the the most unprofessional doctors I’ve ever met.

Had an E- appointment with Dr. Smith via drondemand.com. She began the appointment by immediately talking over me and discussing how my prescription bottle "looked old." I was unable to get a word in edgewise. Dr. On Demand makes you select the pharmacy, so I couldn't even give the information for the pharmacy I have previously used. Due to several comorbidities, being disabled and wheelchair-bound, with little outside support, an e-visit was my best option. I was discriminated against by this doctor because I'm residing in a hotel. Due to the pandemic, job loss, and disability, I am experiencing housing insecurity, but still need medical care, and felt this was the safest way to do it. She was rude, short, dismissive, and abrupt. She looked tired and disinterested in the session. I was not trying to get some pain killer, I just wanted to follow up with the blood pressure medicine I have been prescribed at the ER. I have not been this humiliated by a physician in a long time
