Dismissive
Visited with my grandmother for signs of Alzheimer’s and dementia and instead of taking the appointment seriously, she dismissed us, diagnosed her with mental health problems and said she didn’t want to see her again. Fortunately there’s other doctors in the city that have been able to help and confirm her actual diagnosis but had Dr Butchee listened we could have had more time to slow down the progression.

Dr. Butchee and her staff were considerate and professional during my visit. Dr. Butchee was very thorough in scheduling exams to determine the root of my problem.

I’ve been with this group for 15-20 years! Never had any issues with appointments, refills and the nurses/front office is great

Her name is Dr. Butchee now. The front office staff is always friendly as well as the MA/Nurses most of the time. But overall Butchee and nurses don't seem to truly care. They minimize everything and don't listen to people. She just wants in and out and cash out. Wants to inject everyone and walk out. She needs to get out of a neuroscience clinic and just start some cash pay strictly injection clinic so people aren't lead to believe she cares at all about anything more serious and actually want a chance to live their life.
