Rude staff. No concern for privacy.
Didn't even see the doctor. Was treated so poorly after waiting a long time with no greeting. I decided not to attend the appointment after being told that they do not protect the privacy of records and that there was nothing they could do.

Absolutely ridiculous. Waiting over an hour for my appointment online. She never came. I called the office waiting for a half hour on hold. They said they could schedule a new appointment but gave no apology for the fact I had been waiting an hour and a half. Still have not received my refund.

I met doctor Summers in Glen Burnie and really miss her. She listens well and explains well. She left Glen Burnie in 2014. It took me a long time to find another female internist. I hope she is doing well! Thank you Dr. Summers for taking care of me years ago! A grateful patient.

Dr Summers is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. I travel an hour away just for my appointments lol. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, personable, and more. She She listens and encourages you to participate in decision-making when it comes to one’s health. I must also add the staff are great on the phone or when in or in person. I have never had any issues with making an appointment or having concerns communicated to my doctor. I had an unfortunate year with multiple medical issue. If it wasn’t for Dr Summers’s continues medical/emotional support and direction , I would not have been able to resolve it. Thank you and God bless you being a caring doctor first!!

Plain and simply rude. I don't think she cared about what I went in for. We, as patients, go into the doctors office to get information and help, not to argue or feel that one needs to defend themselves from a doctor who doesn't try to get to know about you as a new patient. Unclear guidelines and expectations for new patients.

Maybe it is because the medical office she is in is near a university and she must have more students for clients than most physicians, but I was bombarded with questions and comments in the nature of "Really? You really have not seen anyone about this before now? What did they tell you?" I did not know what useful purpose that served, except to wonder, later, if she wanted a helpful hint to make the diagnosis.
