Urgent care visit
I visited her urgent care clinic for some tightness in my chest. An EKG was done and Dr. Hately determined I was not going to die imminently. She is very personable and knowledgeable. She exemplifies compassionate care. I would highly recommend her services!

Great doctor!
She provided great care for me when I saw her at urgent care. She listened to all my concerns and was very knowledgeable about everything. I can’t recommend her enough, she’s a great doctor!

Excellent care!!!! Do not hesitate!
Doctor was amazing. I felt heard, understood and everything was explained to me in detail. No rush. Everyone was very pleasant. My first time in Alaska and i needed care quickly. I was not sure where to go and i made the best decision coming here. They have a pharmacy in the same building too! Everything all in one place. She premeditated my needs and made me feel better just by sharing her expertise.Thank You everyone at this office!

Great urgent care
I typically use a naturopathic doctor as primary but tested positive for COVID and did telemedicine appt at PCA. Needed a prescription for Paxlovid. Dr. Hately is thorough, efficient and kind. I’ve been trying to figure out which clinic to use as the one I used specialized in senior care but closed after doctors retired. Will definitely use Dr. Hately for primary care as well.

Amazing
From hello to have agood nite. The service was great. Front desk offered friendly service. The PA was good as well. Dr. Hately is so awesome. She listens and she asks questions. Did i say she listens? That is so important especially when you dont feel well. Her goal was to understand the issue and do everything in her power to remedy it. It truly made a difference.
