Experienced and Considerate
Very knowledgeable and experienced. She makes you feel well taken care. She has expertise that is unmatched and is conservative in her approach. I especially like that she really tries to be considerate of the amount of time you spend at the OB facility and advocates for same day ultrasound and other appointments back to back. I love and appreciate, Deanna, the Nurse that works with her. They are both very responsive and I always feel heard and listened to.

Caring more than I could expect
Dr Thiet helped me through a triplet pregnancy and was courageous and expert in her care and highly supportive of me as a patient. I will be forever grateful that she was my doctor.

Rude, condescending, abrasive and an all around horrible experience where someone who was less able to advocate for themselves would have left in tears and not getting the care NEEDED. This women wouldn’t listen at all, talked over me, looked at me as if I was stupid for asking valid questions and honestly had no clue for simple things like a standard tests turnaround time. She made me feel like having a normal medical complaint and insisting on proper care was like asking for the moon on a silver platter. I honestly never want to see her again. Even her follow up correspondence made me aware how out of touch she was as she didn’t listen to anything during our meeting or the answers given would have been clear. Instead I had to explain myself again. Not a good sign and it’s making me consider another hospital for OB care
