dirty office waiting room rude reception been there 4 times always had different people behind counter never was taken on time for appointments i was told by ashley the receptionist they had problems keeping help

She is very accurate on her diagnosis. She shows compassion. Dr. Boustani has improved my quality of life. My asthma was horrible. She listens to me.

I was referred to this dr and the first appointment I had with her she was rude and talked to me in a way that me feel very uncomfortable and she rushed in the room and rushed out. She don't listen to your issues and I have lung issues and she bluntly told me she was not going to treat my lung issues. All she done was asked a few questions and left the room. I was coming an hour away from my home to this dr and it was a waste of my time. I tell everyone don't waste your time on this rude dr

Dr. Boustani has provided my care for COPD and Alpha 1 conditions for about 7 years now. I have found her to be excellent in every way. She never fails to show concern and compassion . Although an excellent physician, I have wittnessed a large increase in patient load. This does concern me as the waiting and time spent with her has been altered. Her nurses are EXCEPTIONAL!

Dr. Boustani has allowed her patient load to grow so large she barely has time to review and discuss with you, your health issues or questions. Her nurse does her best to keep things running smoothly but at times it's long waits and very crowded.

went to see what I thought was a specialist in pulmonary issues, been having some real lung issues. she done a breathing test on me, told me I was fine, didn't talk about my lung issues that I informed her of, said I should see a heart doctor. don't waste your money or time.
