Dr.Maria Browne is extremely thorough in examining and discovering medical concerns. She is compassionate and truly interested in her patients well being. I have several friends who are as passionate about her skills as a physician as I am. My recommendation in her behave is of the highest order.

Dr. Maria Brown is very helpful and caring . Listens and spend time to explain what you need to do to get to a good place with your health. And her staff is great.i find that I’m the one with the attitude because of a bad day and then I’m grumpy to her staff. But as far as staff I think they do their job plus.

My mom was pretty much disregarded. She died about 3 weeks after stopping in the office to inquire about an issue and was turned away. The ladies at the desk were horrible to her. Maria and a Shannon need to partner with someone else due to lack of “being there” for their patients. I’m leaving this practice, specially of my mother’s treatment or lack there of....

I also left after many years. Phone calls don’t get returned, prescriptions don’t get filled in a timely manner, office hours are limited, difficulty getting an appointment, no coverage when they are on vacation. Dr. Maria used to be great, something has indeed changed. I really noticed how much was lacking when I changed to a new primary.

After 13 yrs I left and it was the best decision I ever made. Dr Maria Brown used to be a really good Dr. I am not sure what happened but she is not the same. Attitude is even obvious with staff. It seems nobody really cares. . Dr. Brown never returns phone calls ever! Staff takes questions and takes several days to respond and then they are short and rude! They promise prescriptions within 3 bus days, usually happens W/I 7. When Dr on vacation, no one covers. You are on your own!

Dr. Maria is a wonderful, compassionate physician. However, you can never schedule an appointment with their office for unexpected illnesses or injuries. The answer is always the same...Go to urgent care or the ER. The only time I can get an appointment is when I schedule it 6 months to a year in advance.
