Absolutely
Dr Cannarozzi spends a great amount of time with me. Never making me feel rushed. She is excellent at nailing down the issue, and or referring me to other specialists that are needed. She is the ONE Dr. that I absolutely trust. the patient portal needs serious attention. I can NEVER access it without contacting someone. My PW always seems to be a challenge. I do not understand nor do I like not being able to access this site.

Declined a prescription renewal with no notice
You have declined a prescription renewal for a mild muscle relaxer I've been on for 30 years with zero notice citing the FDA's requirement to be seen in office once per year. While I understand the law, this could have been brought to my attention when calling once a month to renew the prescription before now. Now, your office and you specifically by name have left me in pain likely for two weeks before I can be seen in your office.

Wonderful doctor
Outstanding! I have been seeing Dr. Cannarozzi for several years as my PCP. I have many, overlapping medical conditions and she treats all of them with care. I always feel like she has my health as her primary concern. I cannot imagine what those with negative reviews expect. I have never had a problem getting a quick appointment for a medical condition that needs treatment. My experience is always extremely positive. She treats ME, not just my maladies.

Where does one start - this practice under the leadership of Dr. Cannarozzi was great at one time and headed in the right direction. Now they seem to have lost touch with the most important part of running a medical practice - the patient! Communications are poor, providers visits seem disjointed, scheduling is haphazard at best.

This office was great when they first opened. They spent time with the patients and really made you feel like they cared. Then they expanded and continue to expand and they run the place like a corporation. I have moved myself and my mother out of here.
