There's no issue that we had with the Physician herself BUT the office staff and scheduling are horrible!!! My husband and I both work in health care and have never been treated so badly before. Last well visit for our child, waited over an 1 HR and 20 min! Unacceptable! This was not the first time waiting very long either. The staff seem pretty insincere and uncaring also. And the office doesn't allow scheduling well visits in advance. Very poorly run office, but again no issues with her.

The staff Is horrible . Please do not use this facility .They just don't care about kids health

This doctor diagnosed my child with Lyme's Disease on a Friday afternoon. I had tocall to get the bloodtest results. After a weekend of worrying a nurse tells me the tests are negative for Lyme. but this was not official as Conwell must review. WEDNESDAY nothing. A nurse tells me she is out of the office and other doctor cannot review. Thursday, almost a week later, we are told there is nothing wrong and no idea why my child has a rash and aching joints. I thought CHOP was the best.
