Great dermatologist!
I went in for a full body check and was thoroughly impressed with the doctor's knowledge and care. She identified and treated precancerous Actinic Keratosis on my face by freezing it, and the area healed beautifully without leaving any marks. I was particularly impressed with her expertise and attention to detail, as she provided a very thorough explanation of every spot of concern. Highly recommend her for anyone seeking professional and attentive dermatological care.

Fabulous and caring
I’ve been seeing Dr Cooper for a couple of years now and cannot say enough good things about her. She is rather direct but that doesn’t bother me. As a result of a biopsy she performed she diagnosed me with a rather rare autoimmune condition and has followed up with me on that until she felt it was outside her expertise. She also has helped clear up a skin allergy that suddenly appeared out of nowhere (turns out I’m allergic to the salts used in water softeners!) She is wonderful!

Never Went Back!
Went to her since previous doctor left practice. Heavy accent, so I had to listen well. Annual skin exam and she said nothing of concern, but then gave me like 9 pages of her visit with me describing different bumps etc she visually saw on my skin, but never mentioned anything to me. In her paperwork she states she explained each bump etc which was an outright lie. She handed me this paperwork after the visit, so I feel it is some kind of security to back her, but she does not do what she writes about. I was very turned off and I had never been given 9 pages of papers after any dermatology visit ever, so I found that very odd, especially when I did not have any real diagnosis thankfully. Booked my annual check up for next year with another practice in the area.

Completely unprofessional & no bedside manner
Dr Cooper has a way of making you feel like you are being vain by expressing your concerns about your complexion which is a huge part of the reason why one seeks dermatology help in the first place. I have heard, “well sorry about all those bumps on your face, but at least it’s not cancer”. And I was told to get some perspective. Excuse me, your job is to help treat the patient’s skin not worry about my perspective. She is very snarky, unprofessional and fresh. She rushes and she really has a terrible bedside manner.

Genuinely cares
Love Dr. Cooper! I had terrible acne that I had been battling for 15 years, so she put me on Accutane (which has been life changing for me). Such has required I communicate with/see her monthly. I am on a conflicting medication, and she was sure to address that immediately and took great consideration of this in the development of my individualized treatment plan. She is not only very knowledgeable in her field, but an extremely sweet and caring person! She wants to know more about what’s going on with you than just your clinical diagnosis. She genuinely cares about her patients. Couldn’t speak more highly of her! In fact, my mom is going to start seeing her, too! Also, the team that works with her at the office is wonderful, kind, and always very helpful!

Lynnae D.
I visited the office 3 weeks postpartum suffering from painful full body hives. Dr. Cooper was completely unprofessional. She entered the room, didn't sanitize or put on gloves and started touching my hives all over with her bare hands and aggressively lifting my dress to see my body. She said it was Puppps again (after I told her I had it during pregnancy and it went away when I gave birth) and that because I am exclusively breastfeeding I'll "just have to suffer". She told an already emotional woman to SUFFER. She has absolutely no bedside manner and I felt like she was punishing/ belittling/ scolding me because I was breastfeeding. I began to cry and she sent me on my way. I was sobbing in the waiting room as I checked out and nobody in the office said or did anything. Perhaps crying patients are common in her office. 0 stars. Find anyone else.
