FIND ANOTHER DR
If I could give zero stars I would. This lady failed my sister and put her life and her baby’s life in jeopardy with her arguably negligent decisions or should I say lack of decisions. My sister ultimately got the care she needed after feeling something was not right and being advised by family to go straight to the hospital as she presented CLEAR signs of distress! I mean, she even has the medical history that screams high-risk and not once did this “dr” care to inform my sister of this or advise her to go to the hospital. I can go on but for the sake of privacy, I won’t. I’ll also add that as someone looking to place their trust and life in someone’s hands, you would expect and want your doctor to be available and easy to contact.. yeah, that’s not her. She made the entire process more difficult than it already is. Just no. Find another doctor please. Your pregnancy journey should be as easy and stress free as possible.

Giving 1 star is being too nice
I don’t know if she’s incompetent or genuinely just does not care about her patients but whatever her issue do not see her. She ignored my very obvious signs of preeclampsia which I contacted her about for weeks! Which lead to me being admitted with severe preeclampsia and dangerously high blood pressures which lead to HELLP syndrome. Ending in me needing to emergently deliver my baby 7 weeks early and requiring him to have a 2 week NICU stay. When confronted after she acted like she had no idea what I was referring too and took zero accountability. Honestly just don’t risk your life or your unborn child’s, find someone else to see.

Dr. Culotta was lovely, but the office organization and getting test results was an absolute disaster. YOU CAN NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THE OFFICE!!!!!! If I could leave a zero rating I would. What good is a good gynecologist if I have to wait over 3 weeks to find out the results???? After calling 8 times, and waiting on hold, over and over again, I finally called the Emergency #. Only then, did I get my test results, and they want me to come back for further tests!! I NEVER would have known that they wanted to do more testing. They claim that they tried to get in touch with me, but my email was correct and my phone # was correct, according to their records. NO MESSAGES were left at all, both on voicemail or email. I received a random handwritten letter, saying they were trying to get in touch with me. Thanks but NO THANKS GARDEN OBGYN. I have to find another practice, who actually cares about communicating to their patients about their health.

I don't understand the nice reviews I read about her. She is cold and she really doesn't care about the patient, you are just a number. She doesn't answer to the emails and also about the results she didn't say anything I had to call and I Think a nurse read the result at the phone. unbelievable. They scheduled another exam, without giving me any details about the situation.

This office is horrible, they try to push you to go to PA. They don’t want to refill my prescription for contraceptives, they are rude. Hate that office. Dr Culotta was great, but she is not there anymore. They didn’t even tell me that just tried to push me to schedule an appointment.

This office repeatedly tried to trick me into coming in to see a PA even though I specifically asked for Dr Culotta. I even called to confirm 15 minutes before my appointment that I would see the Dr & they told me I would see her. I get there - she's not in & only a PA & 2 NPs are. No one had the decency to tell me the truth. I took off work & drove for over an hour to get there & not even did anyone call me but they lied to me. Very shady office, do not ever come here!

NEVER would go back, had two appointments. I made it with the doctor and each time she was not there, I had to see the PA which MISSED Diagnosed me both times as I went back second time because was not better. I went to another GYN and she looked and knew what it was right away and been treating me since. Because of the miss diagnosis time lapsed because PA did not diagnose right and obviously guessed. I hear she is a very good OB but if your not pregnant stay away

She canceled a medication I was on without telling me and refuses to give me the prescription that I need. She also expects you to come in every 6 months for an ANNUAL exam. It is supposed to be only once a year. All she cares about is making money, she does not care about patients.

Dr. Culotta is professional, warm and skilled. THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT HER STAFF.However, when I went for my annual exam this week, I was greeted in the exam room by a male doctor; I was given no courtesy phone call, or told upon arriving that my doctor was not available, or asked if I minded a male doctor. I choose my doctors after extensive research and have never used a male gyn in 40 years. I promptly left the office. Sadly, I will not return SOLELY because of her staff.

Dr. Culotta told me that I had a polyps in my unterus and that I would need to have a quick surgery done to remove it. She had me see the radiologyst to have a sonogram done but not once did she show me the sonogram. After, going to see another doctor to get a second opinion, I learned that I am almost 8 weeks pregnant with a normal (healthy) 1st trimester pregnancy. Think twice before going to see Dr. Culotta, only god knows what would've happened if i took her advice to have that surgery done.

Dr. Culotta spends 2 mins with her patients during the annual physical. Did not review my profile before seeing me and to get in contact with her staff you have to be on hold for about 20 minutes for them to finally answer your call. Once you ask for your results for labs and such, they transfer you to a pointless voicemail box. Beyond frustrating to get in contact with a doctor's office that does not care about your time. Would not recommend to anyone.
