Listened and explained very well
I just had a tele visit with Dr DePuna for some terrible allergies I am having and explained about some possible issues I believe it’s causing it. She listened and was very good and explained what I needed to do the tackle the cause of my allergies. She also prescribed a cream to help me with the allergies symptoms.

she lied to me
I am really sick with COVID. She told me she would give me a note for work. Then she didn't. Now I need to make a new appointment because I am not well enough to return to work. But even talking is incredibly painful right now and having to pay her and hurt my voice when she rendered NO help at all makes me question the ethics behind her practice. It is not like COVID is something they don't have experience with. I need time to recover this is not rocket science. But a dr that would just take my money and not do her job is no dr at all.

Online healthcare
Needed an emergency online visit for a reoccuring problem and needed to see someone because my primary is out of town. Dr Depina told me what works "best" for people. I tried to explain that what works for others does not work for me in this situation. I had to tell her that she was NOT listening to me and I know MY body just like she knows what works for HER body. Was not happy but I agreed to a comprimise that I would take a prescription for her way and she would also provide me the prescription that I know that I need. Will definintly not use her in the future.

Dr Depina has been great the 3 times I've seen her for my annual check ups. She is great listener and spent a great deal of time with me. She really tries to be personable and help you use what works for you in your everyday routine to help you maintain/increase your health.

My primary care was not able to see me, so I went to see her. She called to give me the results of an ultrasound and made it sound like I was dying. She said I could have cancer, the results aren't good, if I'm trying to conceive I might not be able to, I could have fertility issues. She then went on to tell me personal stories of another patient. I started crying on the phone and she said "yeah so call the gyno ASAP okay? bye." She had no sympathy for what she had just told me. That weekend I had emotional conversations with my partner about how I might not be able to have children, I felt depressed. I went to go see the gyno and he said that it was obvious from the ultrasound that there is NO worry or chance of cancer, it was obvious from the ultrasound that there is NO worry of fertility issues. She should ABSOLUTELY NOT be throwing those words around unless she knows what she is talking about.

I need to write this because the other reviews are untrue. Dr Depina is my mothers PCP. She is kind and paused. She listens to our concerns and understands the complexity of Dementia in TSA patients. She quickly made referrals and gave great advise.

I never got to a visit. When she was explained my concern she told me that COVID-19 wasn't that serious and the media is making it out to be more than what it is. Any Dr. that tells a pt that in these times in my opinion is not a Dr. to be trusted.

On my first visit with Dr. Depina she tried to explain that working out will basically fix my depression (which I have been diagnosed with since I was 13). She tried having a whole 20 minute conversation about her morning routine and how much she works out. Hey I agree it can help, working out is amazing I’m so many ways and I do workout 3 times a week, but she made it sounds like it was the cure to it. Didn’t ask for my thoughts, what I felt worked for me for the past 10 years!

First time /last time with “dr” depina. Physical was aweful, literally read me a bunch of suggestions. Looked in ears and throat. Took heart rate and lung check thru my shirt. Proceeded to tell me how underpaid she was. Forgot to submit my referral for a follow up procedure - can’t emphasize enough about how bad she is. Understand she is no longer at high street location - i hope new employer learns how bad she is before she really messes up.

motherhood & apple pie type health advice. Fairly uninformed. Frequent generalization. Difficult to augment one's physician acumen with repeated 'annual physicals' and template-like answers.
