Best Doctor my family has ever had. Truly listens and cares. Asks a lot of questions, looks at trends and patterns. Reads the chart before the visits. Never judgemental, always helpful.

my body basically decided it was not comfortable with living just months before covid hit. dr din is my primary but was unavailable for in person appointments during pandemic. prior to pandemic we were making our way through specialists and ruling body systems out but no concrete answers. while she was out i had a litany of specialists and fill-in-the-gap primaries that got me very little progress with answers or treatments. barely 6 months after dr din returned from maternity leave, and i have answers; several specialists, and even got a second opinion when requested. just found the cause of my major underlying symptoms last week after 18 months of suffering. Can't be cured but was assured there are a multitude of treatment options, one of which dr din even tried for me while we were still trying to identify what was happening before covid hit. Excellent primary physician, especially if you suffer from chronic illnesses or rare disorders.

A medical assistant checked me in for my virtual appointment but then Dr. Din never called in for it. I waited online nearly 1/2 hour. Nobody reached out to me; I had to call the clinic to find out Dr. Din was "running late". I felt my time was considered less valuable than hers. I will not go back.

My favorite doctor I've had and am sad I had to switch to another clinic. Dr. Din was always very warm and took time to listen to my concerns and give space. Dr. Din always made me feel very comfortable and at ease and addressed all of my concerns excellently.
