I have tried at least 7 times over the last two months with no luck. I have left messages. I never get a call back. Now I am very past due. I am beyond frustrated because I cannot even pay online even though I should be able to. I get a message this particular payment needs to be paid by calling the office. What? This is ridiculous

I have been a patient over 4 years. Dr. Gonzalez is a great doctor. My reason for leaving is that the office manager,Jessica is incredibly rude, condescending and unprofessional. They are understaffed and cannot keep track of patient charts or billing. It is impossible to get mistakes corrected because nobody ever calls you back. After the latest mistake in my chart and bill, I spoke to Jessica. She scolded me and yelled at me accusing me of being rude because I dared to question my bill. I wasn't feeling well and told her I preferred to talk to the Dr. about this and she said it "doesn't matter because I am her daughter" Apparently that gives her a pass to be rude and condescending to patients. She performed my triage, scowling and pointing her finger at me the whole time as though I were a 5 year old. It was very uncomfortable for me,especially since she is not even a medical assistant or a doctor. Her behavior was disgraceful and disturbing. No patient should be treated this way

They still have not updated the information and I received another bill in the mail stating that my account is overdue. Because of this, I will never come back to this office. I have never had so many issues getting a bill resolved before.

I have been going to Dr. Gonzalez for 3 years now. She is thorough and takes her time. She answers all my questions and I never feel rushed. She’s caring and compassionate. I highly recommend.

Dr Gonzalez has forgotten why she started practicing medicine. Due to the weight loss, hormone replacement (which she truly knows nothing about), and the skin care, etc....she is distracted in a mayor way. She made several diagnosis mistakes that really effected me and the majority of the staff is rude for the most part. Save yourself and do not use her as a provider.

Dr. Gonzalez is one of the best dr's i have been to! She actually listens and if she needs to take time to explain things to you she does, she doesnt shrug you off or send you elsewhere. I have needed many drs in my life and she has by far been one of the most caring and understanding drs out there. I am glad my insurance suggested her to me when I moved and had to find a closer dr! Hands down a great staff as well. She is excellent and anyone that says otherwise is very wrong!
