Dr. Maria Lopez, MD

Sadly, Maria has fallen prey to the narrative that the “vaccine” is the be-all end-all for C19. She’ll refuse to see you if you’ve chosen not to get the clot shot without any consideration for real concerns as to why you might not want the jab … including medical conditions (i.e. Factor V Leiden) and/or religious beliefs. She’ll stop seeing long-term patients of hers and metaphorically throw them on the street without support to find a new cardiologist for their medical needs; Maria is unethical. It would be fine if Maria talked with her patients and gave them her opinion along with risk factors. But that’s not what she’s doing. For Maria, it’s “my way or the highway” policy. She’s an egoist know-it-all that’s not keeping up with current events surrounding the “vaccine.” My strong suggestion is, find a cardiologist who’s keeping up with current practices and data. Don’t get comfortable with a Doctor who’s unethical behavior may put you in harm's way.

She has always been the best. I just don't understand the two negative reviews. That's not the practice thatI am familiar with.

Dr. Lopez really listen to you and try to understand your condition and concerns. Beside English she is fluent in Spanish language too.

My husband is a cardiac patient of hers. He has gone into the hospital three times this year alone and for the most part she was a no-show. He was treated by the hospital cardiologists only. This last visit she never even showed up. The few times she did show up earlier in the year she stayed for under 2 min. If it's too much trouble for her to go to the hospital she should tell her patients. My husband's meds are never ordered and it's a struggle to work with her. We will be changing cardiologists asap, done with this treatment.

Since Dr. Lopez expertise in aiding my bypass decision, I have nothing but the utmost trust and respect for her. The office staff is excellent and the appointments are timely and professional.

I have been going to Dr. Lopez for almost 10 years! Dr.Lopez and her staff have never been anything but courteous, understanding, caring and professional. I look forward to my visits. More than being a trusted cardiologist Dr Lopez make me feel like a friend. I have and will continue to recommend her.

Dr Lopez was very understanding for my need of information during my stay in the hospital after my triple bypass.

Plase don't listen to the review on 2/27/18 I've been going to Dr. Lopez for over 2 years and NEVER has anyone been rude. Never known then to double book appointments. She is caring answers your questions never rushes you explans why this is happening and best way to treat it. I go every 6 months to see her and crazy as it sounds I look forward to seeing her it's like visiting a friend.

They double-book appointments and don't tell you. They also have unnecessary paperwork that needs to be completed by new patients which they do not give you ahead of time - making you late for your scheduled appointment. Crystal, the front desk clerk, is rude and abrasive.
