UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
I’m looking for a dr, she came up with good reviews, although my guess is she takes down the bad reviews, which is shady in itself. I called because I wanted to make an appt. First, the voicemail comes up and says “you’ve reached the dr.’s office” ok…like how do I know I’ve reached the right dr? Usually the name is said or it sounds more professional than that. That alone made me question whether I should hang up or not because it’s just showing unprofessionalism. Second, I did leave a message, with my name and number. Said I had a question or 2 before I would make an appt, basically wanted to know if I could do virtual visits, because I have bad anxiety and don’t like driving. If not, it’s too far, I wouldn’t bother to make the drive. This was 2 weeks ago. Did I get a call back? No. Either she’s too busy or just doesn’t care enough about new potential clients. If I heard back now I wouldn’t bother, I’m already looking for someone who’s actually reliable.

Wonderful with understanding children!
Dr. Ries truly cares about the patients and their families. She is knowledgeable and always listens without judgement. I have learned so much from her and she has helped my children (and me!) through some very difficult times. Beyond grateful for her.
