You’re just a number
Maria Tuason is the typical detached doctor of the past 50 years. She refuses to give you the time, respect, and patience to be heard. Your medical history is not up for discussion. She wants fast and easy, so it’s not the patient’s appointment but hers. I had a 50 min initial appt to decide if I wanted to transfer my care to her, plenty of time, but I was only given less than 10 mins. She constantly interrupted me trying to control what I could and could not share about key medical conditions in my past. She gave no eye contact keeping her head buried in her laptop. Oddly she became overly aggravated and defensive in respect to my sharing some past mistakes made with my health that mattered to my future care. I was calm and polite, so her rudeness revealed an appalling lack of professional conduct. She and her staff also use a shady, deceptively worded mental health questionnaire in an attempt to discredit any potential conflicts with a patient. Beware.

Very disappointed in this facility. Beginning with Veronica the receptionist to Dr. Tuason as my physician. As a clinical staff myself I was highly disappointed with the lack of communication and treatment at this facility. I was also extremely disappointed with there problem solving skills.
