Dr. Maria Veloz, MD

Doctor Veloz is our family physician ,my wife and I are so proud of having her for her excellent care and enthusiasm towards our health and wellness since we had the pleasure of meeting her at Suther Plaza in Benefit way in Sacramento.She’s absolutely wonderful caring and knowledgeable.

Dr. Veloz tunes into her patients extremely well and provides the time and space needed to make sure she is getting as much of the story as possible before jumping to treatment. She is always open to suggestions from her patients and treats them as an equal partner in their care.

Visits are friendly according to the daughters / wife. Unfortunately , we have been seeing maria kong veloz and i am receiving bills on time. Visits are on time, professionalism is there , but unfortunately one of my daughters is still having the exact same side effects as when she walked into marias office over 3 months ago. there was suppose to be special treatment scheduled / an ultrasound, which never got done. Daughter continues to have health issues and follow ups are over a month or 2 out. I will change this review once i have seen some progress in my daughters health. as marias billing team/ insurance sees instant payment on my part. this is a fair warning that once i see another bill and the health progress of my daughter has not improved , there will be a charge back from my bank .

I am so thankful for both Dr.Veloz and Dr.Paydar. They both listen to my concerns and I feel that they really do care and do their best to help me. I came from another family medicine office in the area where i was not getting good care and I beyond glad I made the switch. Also great with appointment availability!

Dr. Veloz is fantastic. She’s personable, thorough, and always comforting and considerate. She’s patient and thoughtfully answers all my questions. I’ve never felt rushed or left with anything unresolved. She’s also warm and funny and kind. If you need a PCP, you really can’t go wrong with her.

Dr. Veloz is very nice and listens to everything you have to say. Does not rush and is very attentive. Does her homework. I am on a medication from my neurologist that she was not familiar with. She made sure she learned more about it before I saw her again. I would recommend her to all I could.

My regular doctor was not available the day after Christmas (I already had the day off) but Dr. Veloz works along with my regular doctor. She got us in for my daughter's 4 year old shots. She was very kind and professional and even though my daughter was scared of shots; she hugged Dr. Veloz before we left. She's definitely a keeper and she saved me from having to take a day off to do an annual checkup and shots.
