This office is the worse. The office staff is very undertrained. The phone goes to voicemail most days with no call backs. There is never any concern for your ailments unless you are in the office. One must bring their own information to them before they will respond and then they don't know how to get the correct information. The doctor doesn't seem to care that her staff is lacking and says to call or text her personally. I would not recommend this Doctor to ANYONE. After a year of pain and no referrals, I am done with this facility!

My mother was a new patient, and they told her to come in between 8-10 am to do blood work for her future visit. She arrived 10 mins to 10 and the door was locked. She waited 3 hours in line to cross the border to go to this office. She’s 67 years old and was frustrated and she had to use the bathroom. She was very upset. She spoke to one of the people in the office and they made her sit on a cold metal bench because of Covid. All the while, the office let 10 people of color in the office. Covid issue my rear. While she was on the phone to me, security showed up. They actually called security on her because she was upset and confused (suffers from fibro fog), and they told her the office won’t see her because of her attitude. Is this how they treat Medicare patients, older generations, or is it because she’s not Philippino or Hispanic? Avoid this office at all costs!!!

I strongly don't recommend her! Every time when I make an appointment about unexpected sharp abnormal pain in in my abdomen she states that it is normal! HOW IS THAT NORMAL?! I do not trust her expertise, she also always needs me take a blood tesst for hyperthyroid or hypothyroidism (every time I have an appointment) Which I DO NOT EVEN HAVE! Because has run blood test on me previous of times before.
