Direct and Caring
Listens, educates, expects me to take an active role and responsibility in my health as well as any referral specialists I visit. She is matter-of-fact and to the point. She is up-to-date on the medical field and her patient caring is above and beyond. Anyone who needs coddling will not appreciate Dr. Vollucci's no nonsense manner and directness in our own accountability for our health, follow-thru on medical advice and research before taking herbal supplements and other selfcare.

Office visit
I love everything about this office!!! The staff is very professional and friendly. They are always very helpful and getting an appointment is very easy. Dr Vollucci is very thorough and spends time listening to your concerns. So happy I found her!!

Her staff is less than knowledgeable and doesn’t follow up with the patients. Usually a prescription is accompanied with an appointment but she never asked to see me for a good year. For some reason though I was able to renew my prescriptions thinking that everything was all right. When I did eventually come in she assumed I was non compliant with everything and was condescending. Rude. Needs better bedside manners and a better staff

I am highly disappointed in the care that I have been given by Dr. Vollucci. I do not believe that she even reads my chart before coming into the exam room as I have to repeat general information every time I am there; which shows that she does not care. There is a lot of miscommunication between her and the front desk. I continuously leave the office upset as I feel my concerns are never heard. I will be getting a different doctor.

i have been under the care of Dr Vollucci for the past year. Jan 2018 showed a negative 4 related to kidney function her response was to watch it Three other blood reports showed the same She should have immediately referred me to a kidney specialst she did not dothat until one year later when blood report showed i was anemic I askered her for a referral Dec2018 I needed to change doctors to get the proper medical attention needed for this condition

I really like Dr. Volucci, she has been respectful, caring and very through with any concerns I had. My only complain is that the staff is always busy and I have a hard time getting somebody on their phone and that is not good.
