Dr. Marian Hendricks, DO

My mother went in to see Dr. Hendricks on a Tuesday with low BP and shortness of breath. She said it will go away and prescribed 2 different inhalers. By Monday at 1am we were calling EMS because she couldn't breath and her chest was hurting. She was admitted to ICU. After many many, many test we found out she had fluid around her heart. My mother was on Lasix but it was generic. She kept telling Dr Hendricks that she couldn't urinate and the dr just blew it off every time. So because she was pu

Dr. Hendricks is the absolute best doctor I have had any where. She always asks how things are going in my life and then addresses the reason I am in her office. She trpuly appears to care about the whole person, not just the immediate need. Dr. Hendricks never makes me feel her time is limited with me. Yes, she is frequently "running late" but I gladly wait however long I need to in order to see her. Dr. Hendricks is a member of Patient Portal and that adds to the services offered.

Worst office receptionist. My pain was 9/10 can't stand at all NOT emergency care that requires the hospital, high fever the next available appointment in 10 days.Are you kidding me. The receptionist said you may seek help by finding a different clinics:-( I've been with Dr. Hendricks for almost 8 years, every year the office management are getting worse. Dr. Hendricks is a great person,but the management is horrible and they do NOT care. I was on the phone for over 25 minutes.DO Not Use Them.
