Non-responsive and not care
Saw Dr. Hurtado for an annual checkup and had some blood work done. Afterwards, she responded to the test results with a generic message saying everything is fine and normal. She obviously didn't look at the test results because if she did, there were a few test results that were clearly out of range. When I inquired about them, it took her over 3 months and multiple follow-ups to finally respond back. Time forward, when I tried to schedule another appointment, after I submitted the appointment request, I never heard back from her on the potential date & time for the appointment.
