Dr. Marianne Sanchez, MD

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Sanchez for over 14 years. We both Highly recommend her as a Primary Internal Medicine Physician.

Dr. Sanchez is a decent doctor, but like many of the other reviewers, the office staff leave a lot to be desired. The billing dept never returns your phone calls and the Office Manager is also impossible to get on the phone. Took a solid 13 days to connect with her, and though she DID return my call once and I missed it, it took five other messages on my part to finally get her on the phone. The billing dept personnel and the Office Manager have abrupt mannerisms, which I did not appreciate ONE BIT. No effort of understanding on their part at all. NOt sure its worth it to continue seeing Dr Sanchez or not based on this experience with these office people.

She is simply amazing! The office staff is horrible. She is worth putting up with the office to have as your Doctor.

Called to make an appointment and reception was very rude,said she didn't know why I was asking her those questions and to just call back another day, no help what so ever, will not be going to a place where they are not professional. Cant believe people that rude work at a medical place when they should be helping instead saying no to everything.

The office staff is horrible. They canceled my appointment multiple times without explanation. They laughed at me when I was asking for an appointment. I felt insulted. The doctors are fine, but the staff is not worth seeking care there.

Dr. Sanchez is professional and good. However the billing department at Cumming/Alpharetta Internal Medicine is not. A physical that should have been covered 100% ended up costing me $147, but not before I had to dispute the claim due to unnecessary procedures, and getting hit with a 20% late fee. I was told "every insurance plan is different" by the receptionist. That's true, and they should ask my insurance what’s covered before proceeding. They are in the medical profession and I am not.
