A Doctor of Natural health
I've been going to Dr. Monroe for about 3 years. I like her patient care and Holistic approach to medicine. I like natural healing and Dr. Monroe is both Holistic and traditional when needeed. She is knowledgeable and offers good solutions to my problems.

Totally unhappy
I can’t believe how incredibly inconsiderate and rude staff are. Never even met the doctor just shuffled between nurses. Can’t get through to staff or scheduling even during office hours and good luck ever getting a script filled. So unbelievable. Doc for profit in the extreme.

Never saw Dr. Monroe. Everything was done by two young girls with Toro University lab coats on. Test was very painful as there was skin pinched. Then was told there was blood in sample. I'm sure that was due to the reason I explained above. I have been going to Dr. Monroe for over 20 years but I will not be going back.

Worst doctor ever! She is money hungry and does not care about the well being of her patients. I went to Dr. Monroe in the summer of 2018. I paid cash for my appointment, and they told me I would be getting a bill in the mail for an ultrasound, which I was fine with. During the appointment, Dr. Monroe asked if I wanted to have an STD test done, to which I told her no since I recently had one done. A few weeks later, I get the bill in the mail for the ultrasound, sent in the check, and thought I was good. Since then, I have received multiple bills in the mail from their lab they use for random amounts ranging from $300-$800 for Dr. Monroe ordering labs and STD testing that I did not consent to and told her NOT to do. When I went into the office to talk to them about these bills, a lady told me they send patients these bills to "scare them into paying" the amount. Literally admitting to trying to scam patients. I am still battling with a collections agency due to this money hungry doctor

I’ve never reviewed anyone before this experience. But if I can save anyone else from this appalling woman, it will be worth it. The wait time was over 90 minutes. When I was finally seen, it was only by an assistant. The assistant did not know what caused the skin condition I came in to diagnose, and went to ask Dr. Monroe. Dr. Monroe didn’t come in the check herself, yet prescribed a steroid anyway. I left without any of my questions answered, and not so much as a brief check up by the actual dr. The most scarily unprofessional medical practitioner I’ve come across.

Samples from a procedure here were sent to a laboratory not covered by my insurance so I received a bill for $740 from the lab almost a year after my appointment. I faxed and emailed the bill to Monroe’s office as they asked. A month after, I once again received a bill from the lab. The last month I left 3 voicemails and did not receive a call back. They finally answered today and asked me to once again send them the bill. I will be calling later to confirm it was received. Very frustrating

I believe Dr. Monroe is excellent. She really cares about her patients and does everything to help you with whatever your concerns are. I am 65 and she is taking care of all my hormonal concerns and my sleep concerns. The wait time is still a little long but much better than it used to be a year ago. I would recommend her to anyone desiring a doctor who actually cares about you.

They didn't have my appointment on computer at all for a results apt. Also waiting on results they don't even have in. I've been waiting an hour and going.... Edited: finally saw the doctor after waiting 1.5 hours. Spent a handful of time with her, with her taking notes and reading up about me IN FRONT OF ME instead of before she came in. She does thorough testing but she has no idea what she's doing with it. She's trying to make money off the natural

Dr. Monroe is a friendly doctor , but prescribes bio identical hormones very easily and in abundance. Prescribes too high doses ,which I found out after developing problems with it . No solutions were offered for the problem. A OBGYN doctor should to be more concerned about my treatment since it can do great harm if wrongly prescribed. Got my pap smear from a different doctor ,who showed more interest . Nutrition is her forte . Mostly a Wellness center now . Staff still unprofessional.

I have never received such terrible care from a doctor. At no time did I speak with the doctor during my appointment. I was not offered that option, and when I called with medical questions I was told that Dr. Monroe does not take patient calls. I had unanswered health and medication questions; questions about my bill, and I wanted to speak with Dr. Monroe. I never did speak with her and found another Dr.

Went to Dr. Monroe for my annual exam, pap smear & blood work for bio-identical hormones. Switched to her specifically to see a Doctor in my insurance plan. Ended up having a very bad experience. A few weeks after exam, received a lab bill for $666. after insurance. My portion is usually $76. Two pages of unnecessary tests. One visit cost me a lot of stress, time & money. Be forewarned and ask lots of questions.

I would not recommend Dr. Monroe to anyone. I feel she had no concern for my well being as her patient. She lost my blood work, took the wrong tests, diagnosed me without taking adequate tests, and gave me medication without explaining. She didn't care to listen to any of my health concerns. I had to call my Pharmastist to inquire about the medications she gave me only to find they were not for my condition. I left empty handed and was not given adequate care. I am very disappointed

Dr Monroe has been my OB/GYN doctor since I had my first pregnancy 17yrs ago. At one point she was not contracted with my insurance and those 3yrs I had to look for another doctor and it is not easy to be pleased after you have a doctor you really like. I came back this year and after explaining to her all my medical issues she was the only one that listened to me and did something about. I found out I have celiac disease which is allergic to gluten. All my symptoms are going away and feel great
