Seen at ACCESS in Chicago) I was hoping to get a medical opinion/diagnosis but at least I got a dermatologist referral out of my visit. No manners, blew in and prattled on about her luxury shampoo (seriously) and she seemed to have less training than I do as an RN. No insight, no respect, just typing what I said in the chart and talking about 100 miles a minute saying nothing of import. I put my coat on about 7 minutes into the visit when I realized nothing she said had any value. I've never left a review of a practitioner before but I believe this person should not even have a license to practice. I was hoping to find a decent primary as I really liked the NP at this practice who took care of my ob/gyn needs. I'd hate to think anyone would bring a more serious concern to this 'doctor' because she seems very incompetent. I'd avoid going to her completely unless you need to be seen ASAP & know exactly what you're going in for (i.e. med request, referral). Just an awful experience and I

Horrible visit. She talked over me, didn't listen, barely examined me, and treated me like an idiot. The staff at the clinic is great though.

Dr. Schlentz is warm, caring and very knowledgeable. She guides you through managing your health rather than dictating, provides thorough information and is happy to answer questions.

Most incompetent doctor I have seen. She provides no information of value.

She can't recognize a skin infection.
