Wonderful Dr. and staff. I never have a problem with people doing their jobs and following procedures. Highly recommended!

Doctor and the nurses are good and informative, but the office staff REALLY SUCKS. You can hear them talking about patients negatively and really come off as they do not care to be there. There's also sooo many of them in such a small area and it seems like they're just hanging out rather than working. Every time I've gone, I've had to wait at least 45 min to be seen to get JUST vitals. Also, they make you come in every single time for anything and can't just send the prescription to the pharmacy. So, something as simple as acid reflux - nope come in to talk to them for FIVE minutes pay your co-pay and get medication. On the plus side, when making an appointment, I can usually call to get a next day appt and even sometimes the same day - which is great, but honestly the office staff just makes me not even want to go there. I ended up switching back to my previous PCP even though its much further away, but I'm so happy I did.

I love Dr. Perez and Dawn, both amazing, both kind, the only problem is the wait time. I had left there after a three hour wait because while they are the best PCP and ARNP I've ever dealt with, the double bookings got to be too much. And this is after 8 years of building the trust one needs with a medical professional, broke my heart to leave but the office staff could not have cared any less.

This office is HORRIBLE the front desk staff does not do there job always talking not paying no mind to the patients, office visit takes forever I would not recommend save you time and money!!

Have never waited less than an hour. Today I'm going on 2:10 minutes WAITING! The doctor is kind but my time is worth more than this office demonstrates. Choose a different practice if you value your time.

It is not so much the doctors because honestly I have only met with Dawn. it is more so the front desk, the phones will ring constantly I have noticed they sit there chit chatting about what they did or going to do outside of work....

Even when we had an appointment we waited on average 45 minutes to an Hour!!! That is not acceptable at all. When you make an appointment time you should keep it. 15-20 mins is acceptable sure there are unexpected circumstances, however, it should not be over 30 minute wait every single time. Lovely doctors, but they need some scheduling help.

After 10 visits my average wait time is45 min. Too long. Get scheduling help!
