Dr. Marika Fraser, MD

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a physician. It started out to be informative, but then she seemed to be rushed. She gave me multiple medications. Didn’t seem to know what insurance plan I was on. I walked out of the office a bit confused was handed a multiple Medication’s instructions which none of them had my name on it. I’ve been to Memorial several times was not given an after-visit summary, but I thought when I got home, I would be able to interpret what was given to me, but unfortunately, nothing was in the after-visit summary I checked the next day. Nothing was still there. I then called the office in the morning at 9 AM for a return phone call and did not receive one. I sent her a my chart message to the doctor and got message with the AVS. Dr. Fraser who I finally reached picked up the phone and was very rude and told me to see another Dr. I was dumbfounded when she said that to me. This is very sad for a Memorial Dr. to speak to a patient like this.

I was referred to Dr. Fraser to perform a surgery on me. After the surgery I had pain, and obvious malfunctions. Dr. Fraser did not make the time to follow up with me, until I insisted upon a third follow up that I wanted to see the doctor. When she did come in, she acknowledged that the surgery did not go well but insisted that it was not her fault. Rather then help me, she berated me in a very condescending way and told me that it was not her problem. She was extremely unprofessional and told me I should go find a different surgeon that could fix my issue.

I was accommodated by the kind and observant Dr. Fraser. My symptoms worsened before my new-patient appointment so I came directly to her office to see if I could be seen sooner. Dr. Fraser made time for me and educated me on the medications and tests prescribed. Dr. Fraser is professional, warm, personable, and very intelligent. I’m lucky to be her patient!

Dr. Fraser is a breath of fresh air! She was extremely thorough in the way she reviewed the details of my medical history before our appointment. She asked insightful questions, listened intently, and carefully explained her evaluation of my symptoms, as well as clarifying the next steps, to make sure I understood them before our appointment concluded. She even arranged to have an audiology test done on the same day, following my appointment with her. I am definitely going to recommend her as an ENT to any friends and family looking for one. I wish every doctor's visit could be as delightful as my experience at this office!!!

I am glad I went to dr.fraser.i found out about what I thought was my sinuses giving all that pain and it was something else.sge prescribed medication that b made me feel better than I have in a long time.

The doctor and other staff work together to make appointments smooth the registration process was very professional and the doctor seemed to have reviewed my information before seeing me she was already knowledgeable about my situation and was able to give necessary information.

There are many different qualities that delineate the perfect doctor specifically for you. For me Dr. Marika Fraser and her team more than meet, matter of fact, far surpass all I would ever expect from a doctor. Knowledge, ability, talent, skills, communication and compassion are just some of her abilities. Lucky me

Dr. Fraser is amazing.. I can breathe again through both my nostrils an the surgery was fast an easy sent home not needing any pain killers.. I am so grateful for this Dr. I couldn't breathe through my nose for over 25 years not realizing I had a problem. I went in for loud snoring an now I sleep through out the night without waking up with a sore throat.. I feel like a new man an now I'm excited about cardio. Thank you to Dr. Fraser an her staff was so nice an very helpful. I called in a few times being a pain in the butt and they were always so patient with me.

went to my appointment to see Dr. Marika A. Fraser on April 22, 2021 for my second visit, I went to see her for a Salivary Gland Stone on the left side of my neck. The first time I went to her office I was told to get a CT Scan to see what was going on with my neck and the swollen gland. I got the CT Scan and went back from the results on my second visit. While at my Dr. Fraser's for my second and last visit I was seen by Dr. Fraser's Physician assistant Dr. Glenda Herbello. I was harassed and insulted by Dr. Glenda Herbello. She tried to nock me down when I went to exit her office. I felt threaten and humiliated by her during my visit in the examination room. I told her I am leaving because I was not comfortable anymore with the doctors visit. When I got up to leave she tried to run in front of me and she almost nocked me down. I jumped over and let her pass by me. She started talking about my family and making fun of them verbally to me. That's when I had enough and got up to leave

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Fraser. She properly diagnosed my condition and was proficient as a surgeon. She is approachable and takes the time to explain procedures and answer questions. Great Doctor!!

Dr. Fraser is amazing. She knows her stuff and her staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Because of her professionalism and caring personality, my son thoroughly enjoyed attending appointments which is uncommon; he has a lot of doctor visits. Thank you Dr. Fraser! Keep up the awesome work!!!

I am very pleased and grateful to Dr. Fraser but the office is not efficient. I had waited 3 weeks to get results and when I called no one there knew where my results were claiming they never received them. Every time that I had an appointment I had to wait almost 2 hours to see the doctor and the people that came 45 minutes after me were seen by the doctor before me. Regarding the referral, they waited 2 extra days consequencialy my referral expired, and had to get a new referral.

She is not a good doctor. She didn’t know what I had and made me waste time, gave me wrong diagnosis and really ruined my career. I was a singer and she could not address my condition. Wasted almost 1 year with her going in circles doing nothing but confusing me and ruining my little fe. Very bad doctor! I wish I could report her!

Dr. Fraser and her entire staff are friendly, warm and personable. They really put the "care" into healthcare!!

Dr. Fraser was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to explain in a way I understood. I was also in and out in under 30 minutes. Very pleased with the experience.

Dr. Fraser is a phenomenal doctor! Not only is she extremely skilled in her expertise, she exemplifies such a kind-hearted character! Dr. Fraser takes her time to answer questions and concerns, and her staff is very cordial. I am so happy to have been Dr. Fraser's' patient. I would recommend Dr. Fraser's office to anyone who wants to experience sincere care from the best doctor I have had the opportunity of meeting.
