Script mistakes & poor communication
Seemed very nice at initial appt. Over six prescription mistakes in three weeks; very slow response, if any. Mixed and contradictory information from staff. I would not recommend this provider or this medical facility. Medical care has become an absurd and dangerous joke. I tried to move to a different PCP but schedulers and Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield advised me to “just go to urgent care centers and emergency rooms.” What the what?!?!?
What went well
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Explained conditions well
  • Appointment wasn't rushed
  • Wait times
What could be improved
  • I didn't feel respected
  • Didn't listen or answer questions
  • Staff wasn't friendly
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions
