Dr. Marilyn Bonfili, MD

Dr. Bonfili is an excellent provider and I would recommend her to anyone. She is caring, compassionate and thorough

It takes only one interaction with a doctor to see if they have their patients’ best interests in mind. Dr. Bonfili was filling in one day when my regular doc was out. I called for a simple refill of my prescription. Dr. Bonfili refused to handle it. I realize there are strict regulations with this medication and doctors have to be extremely careful when prescribing it. But I explained to the nurse during my second phone call that a simple review of my file would show that I’ve been taking the same medication and dose for years. And I had recently been there in for an in-person appointment with my regular doc. Twice Dr. Bonfili refused to refill the prescription. This happened on a Friday so I would have to wait until Monday for a refill. It is frustrating when a doc wields power like this and refuses to use basic good judgment to practice good medicine. Dr. Bonfili made up her mind that she was not going to help, and her decision left me without medicine.

Dr. Bonfili is a very thorough provider. She listened to all of my health concerns and questions. She is a credit to her field. I am so grateful to MonHealths entire staff and the level of compassion towards patients.

I have been with Dr.Bonfili since 2008! My personal opinion is, I think she is the best! She has helped me through a lot of health problems and she has been there for great mental support when she didn’t have to be! She also takes care of my son with Down syndrome! There are very few Doctors that I trust taken care of my son! We will be with her until the end! So thank you Dr. Bonfili and staff!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bonfili since 2011, and she is a very kind and caring physician. The staff has always been very kind and helpful to me as well. Dr. Bonfili and I treats me as a partner in maintaining my health and well-being and I am grateful that she is my physician.

The best word I can use to describe the visit is "detached". Spent more time looking at the computer screen then engaging with patient.

Dr Bonfili is ok, No complaints about her. It is her staff that I think is a problem. They don't work to solve problems with billing they lie about what they have done and then tell you their is nothing that can be done to solve an issue that they created.

Very cold and rude, had me in tears!
