I was a patient of hers for 15 years was the best soc I've ever had

The office rescheduled my appointment twice and I will run out of my medication before the appointment. The nurse refused to give a refill on my medication to get me to the appointment. She was very rude talking over me not listening to my concerns. I have never been spoken to like this as a patient. I have never asked for a refill and have come to all my appointments up until this point. Dr. Heperle has always been so nice it’s the staff that is the problem.

My wife almost died becasue of Dr. Hepperle's neglect.This is no accusation. A true fact.The next day she had a appointment with Dr. Naresh Bellam. He called us on the way home and told us she was in kidney failure and set everything up at Baptist Medical Center South ER. I took her right away. She was in the hospital for over a week. Her bladder had also started to leak out though her lower stomach area. Of which no one at Dr. Hepperle's office wanted to look at this.Sad thing is no one seemed care at Dr. Hepperle's office.

DR. HEPPERLEE and her staff are amazing and I have never felt more comfortable in any other office(and due to my condition, I have been treated poorly).However, Dr. Hepperlee has been amazing, so far. I have only seen her twice and those have been the best two doctor visits of my life, why? Because, she cares. If you have a negative comment about her ..... you must be seeing a different doctor. I will remain with her, as long as she practices.

Onsite COVID Test was easy to schedule. Dr. Hepperle has 2 Nurse Practitioners who checked in on me with weekly Telehealth visits until I tested negative.. Thanks for being by my side Kendra and Zack!

Great physicians and staff! I recommend your practice to all my active and retired military friends.

Their Telehealth option has really helped during COVID. I can conveniently make my monthly appointments and help with the grandkids!

Dr. Hepperle is a great doctor in my opinion. She actually listens to you and explains things in a way anyone can understand. A straight forward and tell you like it is old school, but very polite, lady.

Dr. Hepperle and her staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The lobby was very clean, well- lit and had plenty of close parking. The exam rooms were decorated nicely and were very clean and organized.

Dr. Hepperle is an excellent diagnostic physician. She explained all my lab work in plan terms so I could understand my medical diagnosis and treatment. Front desk and the nurse Chelsea treat me like family. I love them all.

My daughter did like Dr. Hepperle but because this office does not verify insurance my daughter visited 3 times in a 2 month span and now we have a $700 invoice. I tried to resolve the issue with the office and got no where. No returned phone calls when I requested a discussion with Derrick Brown, the owner, to discuss the invoice. Not professional for a business owner.

It is sad to see all these bad reviews for Dr. Hepperle because of her office staff. I had a personal encounter with head office manager Derrick Brown, who is disrespectful and obnoxious person, so his staff are following his example. I have heard many good things about Dr. Hepperle…if you make through these terrible staff.

The right hand has no idea what the left is doing. This is the best I can tell you without writing a book on how bad this place is. Going to another doctor soon. Prayers to you if you go here.

Horrific staff at this "medical" office is our opinion. They made my 76 year old mother cry while she was waiting to see the doctor. She was there trusting them to help her but the staff treated her with a cruel disrespect until she became so distraught she started crying. They knew she was all alone that day and they took advantage of her fragile state. We are still debating what action to take for what I feel was abusive treatment. DO NOT let your older loved ones go to this office alone!!!

Dr Hepperle is a very good doctor but her staff is rude, not helpful at all, and the office would be a good health center if she had better staff. They are horrible and I will never go back unless all staff is replaced by caring people who really care about your problem.

Horrible, horrible staff. Flat out mean and disrespectful. I cant believe a doctor would keep a staff like this employed. They are rude, they do not return calls. They do not make specialist appointments like they are supposed to. The list goes on and on. My elderly mom is literally dying waiting on this practice to address her many debilitating issues. The ONLY thing holding this place together is Zach. He is amazing. But he cant do it by himself. I believe he is the NP.

Horrific staff. Dr. Hepperle is allowing her staff to run her practice into the ground, and sides with them when they are clearly in the wrong. They are SO very rude to patients and seem to enjoy making you wait an hour or more for small things, like forms that you need for your employers that have ALREADY been filled out by the doctor. Zach, the nurse practitioner, is wonderful, caring, thorough, and kind, but Dr. Hepperle seems to be slipping on the care that she provides.

Best Doctor I have ever had.

Dr. H has been nothing but professional and caring at the same time. I feel better just having seen her and know I have faith in her abilities to treat me.
